Lenia is a certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for teaching and years of experience in practices that cultivate the connection between body and mind. Her approach is gentle and experiential, placing emphasis on awareness and the uniqueness of each participant. She creates a warm and safe space where everyone can explore the practice at their own pace — regardless of experience level. Through mindful movement, breath, and present-moment awareness, she guides participants into a meaningful connection with themselves, supporting balance, vitality, and inner peace.
