Local Flavors ….

Upon consultation, we will prepare a meal that incorporates many traditional flavors. Organic vegetables from our fields, carefully selected meats and dairy products produce some of the most delicious dishes you can find in Zagori. Our “slow food” philosophy describes us perfectly. Anna and Maria prepare the famous Zagori pies, velouté soup, quince and plum meat dishes, and veal stew. There is no shortage of little surprises like stuffed tomatoes, giants with green and lemon, homemade desserts and the liqueur “Cornelian Cherry”.
