This September, we invite you to escape to the mountains of Greece for a unique Art & Yoga Retreat — a space where body, mind, and creativity come together.
Surrounded by the serenity of nature, we will explore daily yoga practices that strengthen and release the body: from gentle hatha and yin flows to more dynamic vinyasa sessions, all adapted to every level. Each morning begins with breathwork (pranayama) and guided meditation, cultivating awareness, presence, and inner calm.
In the afternoons, we turn to creative expression through art meditation sessions — painting, free drawing, and experiential practices that transform creation into a deeply meditative experience. Through colors, textures, and free expression, you’ll be guided to quiet the mind, release emotions, and reconnect with your inner world. Each brushstroke becomes an act of awareness, each movement a breath of presence.
No prior experience is needed — only an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Among mountains, fresh air, and authentic hospitality, you’ll have the time and space to slow down, listen inward, and express yourself freely.

ABOUT LENIA
Lenia is a certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for teaching and years of experience in practices that cultivate the connection between body and mind. Her approach is gentle and experiential, placing emphasis on awareness and the uniqueness of each participant. She creates a warm and safe space where everyone can explore the practice at their own pace — regardless of experience level.
Through mindful movement, breath, and present-moment awareness, she guides participants into a meaningful connection with themselves, supporting balance, vitality, and inner peace.
PROGRAM
- Daily dynamic, restorative and meditative yoga sessions guided by our friendly and well-trained teacher Lenia
- Pranayama and other breathing techniques, meditation in nature.
- Mindful walks in the forest.
- Group activities such as arts –painting exploration, community cooking, music.
- On-site brunch and dinner are included with the tuition.
- Complimentary herbal teas fruits and chocolate
- Plenty of free time to relax in the nature
- Additional activities upon request (such as private rafting, horse riding).
COST
The price per person is 200€ (double room) / 240€ (single room).
